NZBride Diamond Card Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THE NZBRIDE DIAMOND CARD. By purchasing the NZ Bride Diamond Card, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms you may not purchase the NZ Bride Diamond Card.

The NZ Bride Diamond Card is owned by NZ Bride Ltd (www.nzbride.co.nz)

Definitions & references:

- ‘NZ Bride Diamond Card’ will be referred to as ‘Diamond Card’

- A ‘Diamond Card Holder’ is a customer who has purchased the Diamond Card. Diamond Card Holder will also be referred to as ‘you/r’, ‘bride’, ‘groom’ ‘customer’.

- A ‘Diamond Card Service Provider’, are businesses listed in NZ Bride’s wedding directory  who have agreed to offer  Diamond Card holders at least a 10% discount of their products & services. These Diamond Card Service Providers will be referred to as ‘Businesses’, ‘Advertiser/s’ ‘Vendor/s’.

Terms of Use:

A). Diamond Card is only valid once signed.

B). Diamond Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

C). NZ Bride takes no responsibility for any correspondence or dealings associated between the Diamond Card Holder and the business. NZBride is solely an aid into help finding the appropriate business for you and does not make any recommendations on which business to use, and has no input or control on the type of product or service provided by the business, the trading is strictly between you and the advertiser. All content about the advertiser is supplied entirely by the business itself; NZ Bride has limited control over content produced by the advertiser. Businesses are also responsible for all web links from their advertisement.

D). The Diamond Card cannot be used in conjunction with any specials or promotions offered by businesses, unless agreed upon by the business.

E). Businesses may request proof of identification for the use of the Diamond Card.

F). The Diamond Card must be presented when purchasing any goods or services.

F). As a Diamond Card Holder you may only use the Diamond Card once per transaction or sale, you cannot use it in conjunction with other diamond cards, i.e. using two diamond cards will not entitle you to double the discount.

G). The Diamond Card is refundable within the first 7 days of purchasing, as long as the Diamond Card has not be signed or used.

H). The Diamond Card is non-transferable.

I). It is your duty prior to the purchase of the Diamond Card that NZ Bride’s wedding directory is populated sufficiently for your wedding needs.

J). Businesses have the ability to change their discounted rate at any given time, however you have 48 hours from viewing the business to claim the discount that they are offering.

K). Diamond Card Holders must inform businesses at the time of enquiry that they hold a Diamond Card.

L.) NZ Bride Ltd remains the sole owner of the Diamond Card at all times, and if required may request the Diamond Card to be returned.

M.) Any loss or damage to the Diamond Card will incur a $10 replacement. fee.

N). Limitation of Liability – NZ Bride is only liable to the value of the purchase price of the individuals Diamond Card. It is not liable for any misconduct or loss arising from the dealings with Diamond Card Service Providers or the purchase of the Diamond Card itself. NZ Bride takes no liability permitted by New Zealand Law, from the use of the Diamond Card.

O). Copyright - Various Slogans, Logos and Names remain property of NZ Bride OR its advertisers and under no circumstances be duplicated without prior consent of NZ Bride. Any republication is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

These terms and conditions may change at any time, and will be effective from the time it is published on the site.
